Africa Day 2023 – 60th Anniversary Celebration
Africa Day celebrates the anniversary of the Organization of African Unity. Africa day is formerly known as African Freedom Day and African Liberation Day commemorates, not only the founding of the OAU, but also its role in bringing the African nations together.
Iran & Africa Business Club honors this day and believes that Iran has always been—and will forever be—a reliable partner of all fraternal African nations.
The commemoration of Africa Day provides a chance for all of us to reflect on this historical moment as well as to celebrate Africa’s rich culture, history and resources.
