Angola

The Republic of Angola, a Portuguese-speaking country with a population of 33 million, is located in southern Africa, bordering Zambia, Namibia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Atlantic Ocean. Angola, which gained its independence in 1974, is one of the oil exporters that provides up to 60% of its GDP through oil exports. And it is possible to consider Angola as the largest oil exporter and the third largest economy in Africa after Nigeria.

Although Angola has huge resources such as oil, diamonds, iron, manganese, copper and gold, half of the adult population in this country is engaged in growing corn and coffee, and most of the coffee produced in Angola is exported.

Angola considers itself economically among the emerging countries of the world, and based on this, it has been able to achieve good political stability, which has attracted foreign investors, especially the Chinese.

According to the report of the Iran-Africa Merchants Club from the International Trade Center, the total trade of Angola in 2021 was more than 50 billion dollars, the share of goods exports from this country reached the limit of 34 billion dollars, and oil exports with an amount of nearly 32 billion dollars in Angola is the top export product. In addition, the most exports of this country have been made to China, India and the United Arab Emirates, respectively.

The total export of technical-engineering services from Morocco in 2020 was close to one hundred million dollars.

According to this report, the total value of imported goods to Morocco in 2021 was more than 11 billion dollars, and the first 5 items of the country’s import list were fuel and oil products, machinery and mechanical equipment, machinery and equipment. Electric has been allocated to itself, and the first 3 countries supplying goods to Angola were China, Portugal and India, respectively.

In 2020, the import of technical-engineering services amounted to 5 billion and 500 million dollars.

According to the customs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Iran’s export to Angola in 2019 was worth 9 million and 500 thousand dollars, which belonged to the urea product, and in the last two years, there has been no export to Angola from Iran, moreover, in several years Recently, we have not imported from Angola to Iran because the main export product of Angola is oil and Iran does not need oil.
